Since joining the team in 2018, Shantel has become a REALTOR® and serves as the Director of Operations, overseeing many tasks and wearing many hats. With a background of eleven years of property management experience, she knows the importance of paying careful attention to hundreds of moving parts while remaining calm in stressful situations. Starting here as our Executive Coordinator strengthened her attention to detail, her knowledge of Real Estate, and the behind-the-scenes process of transactions. From managing transactions alongside the agent on our team to helping you find or sell your home, she will always provide great service while protecting our client's best interests. Shantel is a lifelong resident of Orange County where she lives with her husband and two children. She's a proud supporter of her husband Dru, a Marine Veteran, who has served overseas and still serves the community through law enforcement. She loves a good book, sitting on the porch, and crafting.
Lori has a BS and an MEd degree from Lamar University in Beaumont and a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University in College Station. She spent 20+ years working with educators, students, and faculty in public education, medical education, administration and advanced higher education programs. Anyone who knows her can tell you she loves learning and has always loved real estate.
After having worked in different areas focused on the importance of communication and a positive perspective, she values integrating these things into every client relationship. She will help you just as she would her own family and friends.
She has been married for many years to Gary and they have two grown daughters and one son, a daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and have been blessed with five grandchildren. They enjoy traveling to see their family, camping, learning new things, and going on what she calls adventures. Karina obtained her real estate license in the Fall of 2022 and is working towards her Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Lamar State College - Port Arthur. She is known by her clients, co-workers, and friends for being very personable, self-motivated, and a team player. Her quick thinking and ability to be a good listener help her serve her clients well. Karina enjoys reading rom-coms and working out. She has an adorable Yorkie dog named Goofy. Karina is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Giomar and her husband Luis have been entrepreneurs owning several businesses and most successfully the well-known Extreme Detail, Nederland. Originally from Venezuela, she has called Southeast Texas home for 20 years where she has raised her three children and started real estate investing six years ago. She always dreamed of working in real estate, so this naturally led Giomar to obtain her real estate license and join SETX Properties in 2023. She understands the importance of providing excellent customer service, hard work, and thorough knowledge when making decisions such as buying and selling real estate. When she’s not working, she enjoys her church, working out, and family.
Sincera gained invaluable experience working her way up to become a lieutenant for the Department of Justice in which she oversaw the hiring, supervising, and training of a staff of 900 employees for many years. She is well-practiced in mediating and handling difficult situations while maintaining her reliability as a strong problem solver and resourcefulness. She has learned the importance of quality customer service, clear communication, and the success of working as a team for a positive outcome, which is important as an agent.
As a lifetime resident of Southeast Texas, she possesses an intimate knowledge of the communities which makes her an excellent source of information. Sincera attended both Lamar University and Texas Southern University focusing on mass communication and journalism which incorporated into developing programs and systems for her staff. She is known for her reliability and commitment to excellence. As a cancer survivor, she has overcome difficulties that attribute to her strength. Sincera loves her son, dogs, reading, volunteering, and writing. She stands tall at 6’1 and is happy to challenge you in a game of basketball.
